It is responsible for tracking the location of the vehicle and following its journey on daily basis. Fleet activity is closely monitored by Operation In-charge in the Central Control Room.
It takes care of routine and preventive maintenance for vehicles. The team takes sure that the vehicles are serviced/maintained at the appropriate authorised service station and that only OEM compliant spares are utilised for the best performance of the vehicles.
It keeps a close eye on Cabs and drivers for traffic rules violations, using drugs or alcohol, misbehaving, etc. It also conducts unexpected checks of paperwork relating to vehicles.
It is the organization's direct contact with clients and works according to their prerequisites. Site Director is also responsible for feedback implementation received from Client, in order to improve the service.
We have a dedicated Central Control Room that is open 24x7 to follow the entire operation using GPS and to offer assistance as needed. All drivers and site supervisors have access to the CCR's contact information.
There is an internal training department at RNR Cab Solutions. At our Central Control Station, we hold quarterly training sessions for the drivers and other staff members according to specific training programmes.
